Custom Editors - Are they going to be revamped?.. Yes (NO ETA)

Is agRichSelectCellEditor going to be revamped?

It will be revamped, but unfortunately we don't have a timeline for this at the moment. The sort of functionality we will be looking to add into will be

• type-ahead
• search
• API control
• async population of values
• multi-selection

Note that this is not something we can promise to deliver at this time since we haven't allocated any time to work in this or made any POC yet.

At the moment the agRichSelectCellEditor would remain as it is for a few releases (ie months) before it gets revamped.

If you need something not supported yet, you can always create your own editor
